  Did not meet expectations by far as they used old rusty, tarnished and poor colour match for *new* clasps for 1 sterling silver bracelet (see the colour difference in image) and 1 silver plated tungsten bracelet. I wish I would have been told beforehand that recycled jewellery used be used in the repairs for the price I do not think it's worth it's £15 for silver bracelet and £30 for the metal bracelet. I didn't get to see this properly until I got back home from leaving the shop Both are special gifts hence taking them for repairs but this just fallen very short of expectations. I would have paid more for actual new clasps. Please communicate this better in future as its a shame the service was very quick and friendly.

  My partner and I went into By Design looking for an engagement ring. We hadn’t found anything we liked across lots of different jewellers but the staff in here were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I showed them a ring online that I’d liked the look of and they said they could easily make something similar for me for an incredibly reasonable price. They ordered some stones for me and we had a consultation a few weeks later to discuss ring size and stone placement. They made the ring within the month and I picked it up yesterday and I love it! Thanks so much By Design - service was great from start to finish.
