  I could not recommend Bibs more. The teams customer service is unmatched. They truly make your ring journey so special and personal. It is such a special time and experience for any new couple and I am so glad we chose them. My Fiancé and I opted for a bespoke ring with a very intricate design. The team was so professional in bringing that vision to life. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

  I've come to BIBS two times now, once was to replace a diamond on my band and another time to resize a ring one up and both times they have been really good. They are well priced/affordable and quick. They were recommended and I'd definitely recommend them

  Do not go here they are very unprofessional. I bought my 18 carat ring to be repaired because a small diamond fell out and number on the side of my ring became loose. I bought the ring on a tuesday and was told i can collect on friday. I even rang on wednesday asking if i can collect my ring on Thursday but was told it will be ready on Friday. When i collected the ring on Friday the work was not complete they did not replace the small diamond missing. I had to wait half an hour for the work to be complete. Two weeks i have realised the diamond fell out again. I rang them at quarter to 6 on tuesday and was told to come the next day at 12pm. I came at 12pm and was obviously not happy but instead of keeping someone who had to travel happy they decided to be wrong and strong forgetting and not caring that when i came to collect my ring initially the work was not complete. Now they wanted to mention terms and conditions that was never mentioned initially because obviously i am a jeweler who knows about jewellery. They even said their no guarantees because the ring was not made with them. I do not live in hatton gardens or even close. Did they care no. Then they started mentioning how much i paid for the work. The same price they decided to charge me. They replaced the missing diamond in less than 5 mins which to me made no sense when last time it took them half an hour. Before i left i asked for the book in slip/ receipt and that even became an issue. Dont ever think you can treat me however you like. I paid for a service which was poor and somehow that became my fault. Even on the book in slip/ receipt they put my ring 9 carat gold when it is 18 carat gold. The whole experience was riduculous. I wish you all the best treating consumers like that. This was not a favour i paid for a service that was poor.

  What an amazing shop. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, prices are competitive and nothing is too much of an ask for the guys there. I'm so thankful we found them.
