  If you find Beech Haven Care Home, you have found a true gem. This family-run home has care, compassion, and dignity at its heart. Alex, Mark, and Namrata know every resident as an individual and understand their unique needs. Everyone here is treated as someone special. It is truly a home from home, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that is felt from the moment you walk through the door. Residents are encouraged to stay active and engaged through a variety of meaningful activities, rather than simply sitting in front of a television all day. I have had the privilege of teaching exercise classes there twice a week, and I have seen firsthand how much importance the team places on physical activity, wellbeing, and quality of life—something many care homes unfortunately overlook. Having experienced other care homes through both my work and family, I can honestly say that Beech Haven stands out for its exceptional standard of care, kindness, and respect. If all care homes were like this, so many people would enjoy a happier and more fulfilling later life. If you are looking for a special place for a loved one, you would be incredibly fortunate to find a care home of this calibre. I cannot recommend Beech Haven highly enough.

  We are so glad that a social worker added Beech Haven to our list of homes when we were searching for somewhere to care for my aunt. As a previous care sector and current NHS worker, I knew 10 minutes into our first visit that we had found somewhere special. It's hard to describe how you can get a "vibe" from healthcare facilities - be they wards, surgeries or care homes but the feeling that we got from Mark and his team was overwhelmingly positive. Compared to other homes we visited, Beech Haven was refreshingly different, and it was obvious that they provided the personal touch so often missing in care provision. It was hardly a surprise to find it was family run during our meeting as well as having carers who had worked for the family for well over a decade. As it is a unique building, it doesn't feel like an anonymous facility like so many others tend to be. The grounds include a very nice garden and my aunt has decorated her room with help from the carers. This place is the real deal: caring professionals, involved and empathetic management, great location and everything comes with a charm and kindness that can't be taught. We feel very lucky to have been given the recommendation.

  Home from home, is the best description I can give to this wonderful care home. As soon as you enter, the atmosphere is beautiful, warm, clean, happy - both residents and staff. The passion to deliver high quality care is evident to all. Freshly cooked food daily, which the residents enjoy. Mark Alex and John are so warm and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them, family run business are the best, Mum is being cared for at Beech Haven, I cannot praise the staff enough, best of all no agency staff, consistency/reassurance for the residents, so re-assuring, the entire team are a credit to the Care home profession, well done to all of you, and a huge Thank you from all the family.
