Lot of waiting even after taking appointments. I dont know the point of taking appointments. Even though high number of staff- I have waited for more than half n hour even after having appointment. Bad customer service

Useless battery service. I booked a Genius Bar appointment because it was supposed to be done the same day. I travelled a long way just for this, only to wait 20 minutes and then be told my phone wouldn’t be repaired the same day. Save yourself the hassle and choose a different branch—this one is pointless.

I needed to exchange a faulty iPhone and an assistant called Casper is completely rude, incompetent and inconsiderate. You need to look at who you’re employing at this store because some are real disgrace but Casper is a new low and he shouldn’t work anywhere with customers

About two weeks ago I was looking to buy a keyboard for my iPad. I checked the available models online and went to this store. At the entrance, a staff led me to the Pickup counter at the back to be served by another staff named Jat. Jat apparently lacks product knowledge because he did not even know if the keyboard I chose was suitable for my iPad, and I had to tell him that it's the correct model according to Apple's official website. When another staff took the keyboard out from the back, Jat immediately asked me to pay. When I politely asked him if he could quickly show me how to attach the keyboard to an iPad, Jat said dismissively that 'we have samples over there, you can see yourself', as if a simple demo would take a huge toll on him. When I told Jat that I don't appreciate his attitude, Jat immediately got defensive and shouted 'What did I do wrong!? I was not even supposed to be at this counter! I AM NOT GONNA SERVE YOU ANY MORE!' and he took the keyboard into his hand, stormed away and kept walking around with zero intention to speak to his manager. In the end, it was me myself who had to ask another staff at the entrance to ask the manager to come over. Reading all the reviews below made me realise that I am not alone when it comes to receiving poor service from this Apple Store, which reflects a serious issue in terms of staff training and disciplinary system.

I had a faulty iPad keyboard which I visited the store with, and was told I have to book an appointment and there were no appointments available today, but if I came back in the morning when they opened at 10 they are very quiet so someone will be able to sort it then. So I spoke to my work and arranged to start late the next day. I got to the store at 10am and was told I needed to come back at 10:30 when they could perhaps book me in for a later time that day. I explained to them that that wasn’t what I was told and I couldn’t just wait around for an undisclosed amount of time - I have to go to work - my job is really dependent on having a working keyboard! I was just stone walled. So I spoke to the manager Neil and asked to make a complaint. He said there is no complaints procedure. It’s just him and he’s saying no. When I expressed my surprise that Apple has no way of recording and dealing with complaints he looked at me like I had two heads! ‘What do you expect?!’, and sarcastically offered to write it down on an iPad. Surely if I have faulty gear the onus should be on them to sort it out. The guy from the previous day should’ve explained that it wouldn’t be sorted at 10am but that I’d have to wait for an appointment- I wouldn’t have bothered if I’d known. Neil was so passive aggressive and borderline rude, he just made the situation worse. Is it true that apple doesn’t have a complaints procedure and department?!!
