  They have no devices in stock whatsoever so you can't buy literally anything, and the customer service was appalling! I thought it was only one person initially, but I spoke to 4 people, each more condescending than the other. They kept telling me to buy stuff online or check online for this. What's the point of having a physical store and for Apple to spend money paying people who don't do anything?

  Visited the Apple Store Stratford today and Davy was such a big help as I was indecisive about which iphone model to pick. He was very knowledgeable and insightful from which model would suit my use case to whether I should buy apple care, to the phone cases and right screen protectors. He spent about 40 or 50 mins standing there and explaining the models and listening to my use case to help me decide the right phone. Thank you so much Davy honestly the best customer service!

  I do not often leave negative reviews nor am I a very confrontational person but I left this store with such a bad experience, this needs to be said. The short hijabi lady who checks in appointments was very disrespectful today. I had an appointment for 3pm. Waited 30 minutes at a table I was directed to, watching people come and sit down (man directly to my left and woman adjacent), to be seen by a technician before me. Then asked another colleague of hers why it was taking so long, who kindly directed me back to her. She then proceeded to say "I don't think that's true" when I calmly explained people who were seated after me were seen before me! At that point I didn't have much else to say - that is extremely rude and inappropriate to say to a customer, so I went back to my seat. One thing is having 30+ minute wait times (not accounting time to replace the aipods) to even be seen by someone, despite a pre booked appointment, but the horrible customer service from said employee is really the cherry on top. Please offer more, clearly needed, training on professionalism in the workplace. Edit: the rest of the staff were absolutely lovely, especially the kind lady who helped me with my actual issue, I wish I got her name because props to her!

  Very rude staff . That whistle girl is super arrogant. She talk to me with her nose up and I have finish talking show turn her back on me already. I’m worried is it my fault that I’m Asian not white that’s why she is treating me is an unacceptable way, like questioning where I buy my watch?! Apple Store for sure! You guys have to do a better customer service and give the staff more training and stop hiring racism staff ! I will be back to the Regrets street shop next time instead as normal I have better service. And I can feel the staff there not like here she just want me to off instead of trying to listen to me problem and don’t even try or bother you help understand my situation and problem and see what she can help with . This is the worse experience I had ever. Not really interested to help and the attitude from the staff is what I’m disappointed about.

  On Friday 28thAug around 3pm I visited this Apple Store to transfer all the data from my old iPad to new one ( I’m not tech savvy at all). I found one member of staff , told him why I’m there and he asked me to go to the support team and sit. Another staff started to help me, he was nice and smiley. However.. my old iPad has a very old battery and could die at anytime while we have a transfer. I asked that guy ( who said he was working there for 10 years) if they have a charger I can use, he said no, checked one of the drawer and delegated that task to another girl but I could see he didn’t really wanted to go extra mile and find the charger for me. I actually found it weird that Apple Store does not have Apple charges to use for customers. Then he said he will be around if I need help but after I really didn’t see him. The girl who took over to find a charger for me was completely different. The name is Sara and she was the most caring, attentive and enthusiastic person in that area, she found a charger for me, always been closer to explain what my iPad is processing and helped multiple customers at the same time. She was amazing and her service was just excellent! Thank you so much, Sara!
