Literally the worst ... still waiting on a £1500 refund since 21 September and now I'm being told my trade in will be issues in vouchers after explicitly being told it would be sent to my debit card

If you happen to come as a walk-in for genuis lab, you are first told to wait to be seen and then when your time comes, they add another 15 min rather than being honest and when that time comes, you are only checked-in to be seen god knows when… staff here is arrogant and treats you like you are an idiot. And their apple watch lost so much quality. They succeed not because of their technology but because they have monopoly and they continue to screw the customers.

Had a great experience at the Apple Store getting help with my damaged MacBook. Julien was incredibly helpful and professional, and he made the whole process much easier. Really appreciate the excellent customer service!

Extremely frustrating experience—wasted hours and got zero results. I took my iPhone to the Genius Bar with one main priority: recovering my un-backed-up data. When I arrived, even though the screen was broken, the phone was clearly responsive—I could feel it vibrating, and the technician explicitly confirmed to me that the device inside was working fine. First visit: They told me a simple screen replacement would fix it and to come back in 2 hours. Second update: They called to say it actually needed a battery replacement. Wanting to protect my data, we agreed to the new price and waited another 2 hours. Final result: When I returned, the story changed completely. They claimed it now needed a full unit overhaul for around $749—without saving my data. To make matters worse, they handed me back a completely dead piece of plastic and glass that they just loosely threw back together. A phone that was demonstrably alive when I gave it to them was returned completely lifeless, only for them to tell me to go somewhere else for data recovery anyway. If I had just gone to a local repair shop initially, they could have simply plugged in a temporary external screen to let me back up my data on the spot. Wasted hours of my day for moving goalposts and zero care.
