  Excellent service from start to finish. I only needed two small items—an adapter and a phone case—but the staff treated me with the same professionalism as any other customer. The advice was honest, knowledgeable, and clearly focused on what was best for me rather than selling the most expensive option. Fast, friendly, and efficient service. A great example of the Apple customer experience.

  Worst customer service ever ! Don’t recommend to anyone , buy 14 days ago iphone 17 pro max overheating block i can’t used , the opening time is until 9 pm , i was there 7:50 and they tell me is not time to diagnose the iphone in one hour . O the end any buy a product and believe have a apple warranty is not true . I do the complain and claim for any lose in this case . Unacceptable attitude for a big brand company worldwide .

  Overall, this is a lovely store with an excellent atmosphere. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional. I’d only visited once before to sort out a phone issue, and that was a very positive experience too. This time, we attended one of their free children’s creative workshops, and it was brilliant! Everything is provided, including the iPad and Apple Pencil, making it a fun, hands-on experience for the children. It’s also a lovely opportunity for both kids and parents to meet other families. My 6-year-old daughter absolutely loved it. We were told the workshops run throughout the summer, so it’s definitely worth checking regularly for availability. I highly recommend it! ⭐️

  What has happened to Apples customer service? Reported an apple case fault and was told they accepted liability and would replace the blue case. It is available everywhere including Amazon. Was told I had to return to that store to collect it even though Kingston is closer for me. Fair enough but thought why. I was told three days. No updates. Day four and five I call the store and get put through to Apple support and told they couldn’t get through to the store either. They told me to keep calling the store!! Day six I get through to the store 🥳 Told the depot they had requested it from was out of stock. Only because of my call they ordered it from another depot. Today ( day eight) I get my first email update and it was ready for collection. Made my way to the store. The assistant tells me they could only get a black case! I complained and the manager was inflexible and I was told the long screed of small print I had signed said I could get a different colour.who knew. Not happy. Apple who used to pride itself on customer service is now no exemplar in the market. This company sadly has gone from an experience driven company to no better than the below average customer service you get so often nowadays. Sad.
