    Giving 4 stars for the shop itself, not for the workers. Obviously, some staff members were friendly, patient, and professional, but others were the complete opposite. The shop is great, but the service could definitely be more consistent.

    They probably offer one of the worst customer service experiences I've encountered. Every time I visit, it takes about half an hour. The staff is unhelpful; they even took an entire iMac to replace the display, without offering a smile or any form of courtesy. This has been the worst customer service I've seen from a major technology company—cold, impersonal, and a waste of your time, with no apologies or explanation. I honestly don't know how they can call this customer service. They provide no assistance unless they feel like it. When it comes to ripping off customers, Apple seems to be the top choice - especially this branch. After three years, their products become useless, and they refuse to stand behind their devices. They pressure you to buy a new one by offering trade-in options, but then devalue your device completely if there's any issue—effectively making the trade-in meaningless. They might recycle your old iMac for at least 300 pounds, but they won't pay you for it, even though you bought it only three years ago. This kind of practice seems unique to Apple; I haven't seen it with other companies' products.

    The person I saw at the Apple Store, Brompton Road, London for a Genius Bar appointment on Monday 08-06-2026 at 4.20 pm, was quite rude, arrogant, disrespectful and ageist. This person needs some serious training in interpersonal skills. He knew his technical stuff, which was reassuring. It was not a pleasant experience. I suggest that one chooses another Apple Store for a Genius Bar appointment and prevent feeling undervalued and disrespected However, the two persons, one female and one male, I saw at the Setup Desk on Wednesday 27-05-2026 around 4pm when I collected my iPhone 17 Pro, were excellent, extremely helpful and meticulous. The phone set up was seamless and a pleasurable experience. Five Stars for the Set Up Desk, Two Stars for the Genius Bar, Three Stars Overall for Apple Brompton Road. One bad apple can sour the impression of an organisation!

    Awful service, lacking empathy. Poor work ethics - I came here to fix my laptop by getting a new battery and they told me on my first visit that it’s going to take up to 5 days but I ended up waiting for 40 days for the battery to arrive, only to be told later that day that ironically they ordered the wrong battery/keyboard. Throughout the process, it was difficult to reach them so I had to come to store at least 3 times to ask for an update because I had an exam coming up. I finally came to pick up my laptop and they refused to give me the new laptop because they said they needed an actual paper ID but throughout this they never said an actual paper ID is needed, neither on their repair email. The stuff who refused to give me the laptop literally just turned his back to me and left without saying anything emphatic even though by this time I’ve come here for 5 times at least. This is a joke. There were nice stuff here but overall most stuff at this store were unkind and arrogant.

    Purchased iPhone 17 for my Dad. He forgot his apple password. Despite having iPhones for last 20 years and never having issues, I did not know how to deal with it and couldn’t help my Dad. My parents went to this store twice to only be told to use a regular process of resetting the password. When the process failed no one wanted to help. I came third time with my parents and Clarissa who was checking us in was quite indifferent and rude telling me my parents need to call support. This is not what I expect from apple. Spending two weeks trying to transfer information from one phone to another and not getting any help. My parents are in their 70s and aren’t tech savvy. There needs to be better approach to this.
