Jack was very helpful when I popped to the store, after having trouble with my iPad. He booked me in to see a technician for just over an hour later. The technician helped me to sort my problem out, but I wish that there were more chairs at the tables, as I use crutches, due to severe Arthritis in both ankles, so I had to sit down whilst waiting to be called. I eventually got called half an hour after I had returned to the store, as I had an hour and a half to kill off. I told the technician that I had informed a member of staff that I had an appointment with a technician, but there was a break down in communication somewhere. I think that there should be a team dedicated for disabled/vulnerable customers, but apart from that, they were very helpful. I wished that they had given me an Apple gift bag for my trouble, as I had to travel far just to get to that store.
Absolutely shambolic experience. My appointment was booked for 5:35 PM — pushed to 6:00, then I sat in the waiting area for another 30 minutes and wasn't seen until almost 6:30. An hour lost because nobody could manage a schedule they set themselves.
When I was finally attended to, the staff member at the door treated customers with open condescension — attitude far beyond what someone in a crew-level role has any business showing. This wasn't a one-off; courtesy and basic customer service seemed to be missing across the board. For a brand that charges a premium for everything it sells, the arrogance on display was staggering — like customers are a nuisance rather than the entire reason the store exists.
Then came the real insult: an AirPods repair quoted at £80–85 for one side, against £219 for a brand new pair. That's not a repair price, that's a shakedown designed to push customers into buying new instead of fixing what they have. Combine that with build quality on both iPhones and AirPods that simply doesn't hold up, and this visit exposed exactly how little you get for what you pay.
Rude staff, wasted time, and pricing designed to squeeze customers rather than help them...
Increasingly poor service. Very little expertise in the so called Genius Bar. Apple would not intervene if your backup and restore has gone wrong post their own licenced repair facility returning your phone after a repair. Instead they just blame 3rd party apps etc when Whatsapp does not restore correctly. I mentioned that the problem was specific to apple hardware and apple iOS that was not experienced by Android Users. Very disappointed. Looking at the other reviews, there is a distinct lack of ownership and commitment in this store and Apple need to take a serious look at improving matters here.
I went in with my friend, looked at a few phones and saw the vision pro display. there is absolutely NO sign that says you arent allowed to touch the vision pro so I wanted to test the material of the strap and the twisting nob on the side for fitting. three employees come up to me and my friend, told us to not touch it and were extemly blunt and unprofessional. this was 100% an act of discrimination because me and my friend are teenagers. terrible service. get your service up.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent repair experience at the Apple Store Brent Cross has been extremely disappointing.
I took my MacBook Pro in for a display replacement. My Mac originally had Apple's nano-texture display, but after the repair, it was returned with the wrong display—a standard glossy display instead of the original nano-texture display. The team acknowledged that the incorrect display had been installed and confirmed that the correct nano-texture display would need to be ordered.
As a result of this mistake, my Mac has remained at the store, and I have now been without my laptop for more than three weeks. This is not due to an issue with my device, but because the wrong part was fitted during the original repair.
The store manager assured me that my repair would be prioritised because the additional repair was required as a result of Apple's mistake. Unfortunately, despite that assurance, I have received very few proactive updates and have had to repeatedly contact the store myself for information. Each time, I have simply been told that the replacement part has not yet arrived.
I completely understand that individual staff members cannot control parts availability, and throughout my visits the team has been polite and acknowledged the mistake. However, for a company like Apple, I expected much better quality control and communication. A mistake of this nature should never have happened, and once it did, I expected it to be resolved much more quickly.
I purchased a premium device and expected a premium repair experience. Instead, I have spent more than three weeks without my MacBook because of an error during Apple's repair process. I hope Apple reviews its repair quality checks, improves communication with customers, and takes greater ownership when mistakes like this occur so that others do not have to go through the same experience.
