  I had an issue with my company Mac mini which kept restarting several times a day. Unfortunately, the problem started only about two weeks before the warranty expired, which was quite disappointing, especially as our previous Mac desktop worked perfectly for around 10 years without any issues. I first contacted Apple Support online. They carried out remote diagnostics and suggested a few things to try, but unfortunately this didn’t solve the problem, so I was booked into the Genius Bar at Apple Battersea. I was honestly quite concerned that these days nobody really repairs or troubleshoots electronics properly anymore, and I expected the Mac mini would simply be taken away and sent somewhere for repair. Instead, after arriving at Apple Battersea, I waited only a few minutes and was looked after by Sonny. I have to say, I haven’t come across someone like Sonny for a long time who is genuinely so knowledgeable and hands-on with computer software. He asked a few questions, started diagnosing the problem and explained step by step what we were checking, why we were checking it and what our options were. Before doing anything, he also made sure that all my important documents were backed up and safely stored in the cloud. He then completely reinstalled the software and returned the Mac mini essentially to its Day 1 setup. The whole visit took around 30 minutes. It has now been over a month and the Mac mini has been working perfectly ever since — no more restarting. Really happy with the service I received at Apple Battersea, and particularly from Sonny. I genuinely didn’t expect to find this level of practical technical knowledge and willingness to actually diagnose and fix the problem, especially in such a large flagship store. Excellent experience and a big thank you to Sonny.

  Staff are really nice and smiley especially Ikram was so attentive and helpful. She really listened to what I needed and was kind. She clearly knows her stuff and walked me through the different plans and choices in a way that was easy to understand. She helped me find the right one for me without any pressure.

  I arrived an hour early than my actual scheduled pickup for my new iphone and i was told to come back at the booked time, which I did. I came back on time and was told to wait for my name to be called. Many staff members walked past me without seeming busy and I felt completely invisible. Only Justice/Justine (i didnt quite see the name tag) came over to ask if I was okay and i told him i was waiting to pickup my online order but after few minutes later and im already getting quite frustrated, I went to him and asked how long it usually takes because I have been waiting 20 mins and no one called my name or come over. He then sorted my order in just under 5 mins and guided me through the whole process with his amazing service. He told me he only just started the job and he already smashing it. Without him, i probably have been waiting even longer and left much more upset. I wish all the staff were like him.

  I’d like to appreciate a very lovely woman at Apple Battersea. She provided amazing service and was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating throughout. She helped us with our new iPhone and even went above and beyond by helping us look online for an iPhone 18 pro. She truly did everything she could to make sure we were taken care of, and the quality of her service was exceptional. Thank you so much, Ikram! Your kindness and dedication really stood out, and we truly appreciate everything you did for us.

  Probably the worst customer service and overall experience I have ever had with Apple. Very unhelpful and rude staff, unless you’re going in to spend money. I went in to get a replacement phone after mine was stolen and I was told by Apple support online to go into the store. When I got there I explained the situation to two different people who couldn’t tell me anything except that they wouldn’t be able to help me. Then when the online process wasn’t working - no one would help me, despite countless requests. It was clear by the way they were helping other customers that if I was going to be buying a new phone they would have been more than happy to help. Even if they couldn’t help and were just following the process - a tiny bit of compassion and empathy would have gone a long way.
