  I was seen by Santa on entry…This man is super intense and unnecessarily rude. Was not the warm Apple welcome I’m usually met with. I hope he’s okay… My specialist on the other end was spectacular got the situation straight away, & helped me resolve the problem immediately. So started of bad ended great ! Thanks ❤️

  I’ve been to this shop a few times to buy products, but unfortunately the staff have never been very friendly or welcoming. They often seem unhappy and uninterested in helping customers, which makes the whole shopping experience quite unpleasant. I personally wouldn’t recommend this branch. I much prefer the Covent Garden store, the experience there is much better.

  I lost my iPhone yesterday and went into the Apple Store at Battersea Power Station today to sort out a claim through my AppleCare+ loss and theft cover. Before I got to James, I'd already spoken to two other members of staff and had a pretty disappointing call with AIG (the insurer) - to be honest, at that point I was starting to regret ever taking out the cover. Then James came over while I was waiting, and honestly, he changed the whole experience. He listened properly, took the time to understand what had happened, and just handled everything - calmly, clearly, and without making me feel like a hassle. By the end of it I actually left the store feeling looked after, which is not what I expected an hour earlier. Really wanted to call this out because good service like that deserves to be recognised. If you end up at this store, hope James is the one who helps you.

  My experience with Dominique was absolutely perfect. However, earlier that same morning, I went to the Apple Store in Battersea after being robbed the day before. I did not know where to start, so i went to the store simply to ask for information about the Apple insurance. When I arrived, I’ve waited for a long time and noticed that other customers were being helped before me. When i finally spoke to a member of staff, I believe his name was Andrey or Hendrick. If I am not mistaken, he is one of the store managers or supervisors. I started asking questions about the insurance, and the manager immediately responded in a rude and completely disrespectful manner. He even said that Apple had nothing to do with it and that i should not be there because i was in the wrong place. I have explained that i had signed up for the Apple insurance at that store and was simply looking for information on how to start the process because I did not know where to begin. At that point, I asked him, “How many years of customer service experience do you have? Because if you work with people, you need to treat them with respect and courtesy.” He replied, “Many years,” then turned his back and walked away, leaving talking to myself. That kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position. I was not making a complaint or demanding anything. I was simply asking for guidance after having my phone stolen and wanted to know how to begin the insurance process. Instead of receiving help, I was treated with disrespect and dismissed.

  Arrogant staff and complete disrespect for our time. Don't be fooled if this store looks empty. We walked in on a quiet day for my daughter to buy a watch, and it was a nightmare. Finding an employee to talk to was impossible. After signing in on an iPad, we were promised a 5-minute wait. We waited 15 minutes while staff members aimlessly walked past us, actively choosing who to ignore. My daughter was left confused as to why it was taking so long just to buy a product. I watched a distinguished man walk in and get greeted instantly, there is a definite, snobbish hierarchy to how they pick and choose who they serve. Terrible customer service culture. While one rep eventually stepped up and was fantastic with my daughter’s preferences, the billing process dragged on for another 10 minutes. This store is staffed by incredibly arrogant people who treat customers with zero respect. Management needs to overhaul this culture and use secret shoppers. After all, they do have undercover security guards. We are spending hundreds of pounds, not pennies, and do not deserve to be treated as invisible.
