I booked a removal, which the man refused to do it on the day as my lift broke the night before, the man that came into my property was rude and point blank refused to do my move! Very unprofessional and left me so upset due to his manner . I also rung the company and spoke to a lady which she wasn't helpful seemed to think her driver done nothing wrong! Still very upset over the stress of it all Really not a good company at all And such a rude and horrible man to come into someone else's property and make them cry due to being so unprofessional The man also didn't even wear a mask when entering my property!!!!!, as to your reply your driver did not wear a mask! And as for being Racist how dare you, that is so far from the truth and if you think by putting that down as your reply to gain some reactions you even more unprofessional then i thought,so i will be taking this matter futher as lieing about something like that isn't something im going to put up with! So i will be looking into matter futher so you will be hearing from the relevant people regarding your untrue comments You and your colleagues are a absolute joke!

Five star 🌟 service. Affordable removals moved us from South London to Dorset last week. After obtaining a handful of quotes they came out the cheapest. Arrived on time , the two man crew worked tirelessly to move us . Great guys and fantastic company with solid communication throughout . I couldn't rate Affordable removals highly enough.

Dee and his team were professional, hardworking, calm and reassuring. They got rid of some bulky items we wanted to dispose of, packed up the kitchen stuff and moved all our things - including a huge quantity of books - with a minimum of fuss and in a surprisingly short space of time. We also appreciated Tia's prompt replies to administrative queries. This excellent service came at an extremely competitive price. Thanks to all.
