  AVOID, use Victoria St FX, 4 doors away. ....On 18th June I visited the Victoria branch to change £3k to euro. They told me my debit card payment had not gone through and to do it again, which I did. The next day I can see that 2 x £3k has been taken from my card. One month later, despite acknowledging their error they have not repaid me. AVOID !

  Natasha asked for a google review before processing my order so here it is…she took payment from my card and told me it didn’t go through but I could see on my phone it had. When I showed it her she said they hadn’t received it on their end because their machine and the receipt it printed was showing void. She told me “Well it hasn’t gone through so the money will be returned as we won’t claim it” and that it was my problem to take up with my bank. Well, they or their merchant bank did indeed claim it. It took multiple emails before they acknowledged me and only after I told them I was going to report them to the FCA. The man who responded was quite helpful but by this point I had already raised a dispute with my bank as I was worried the money would not be returned to me. Took nearly 2 months to get my money back.
