  We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Matt and his team were fantastic hosts, making sure everything was ready before our arrival and providing all the important check-in information in advance. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, they responded quickly and took care of any issues promptly and professionally. Their attention to detail and excellent communication made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

  I had a terrible experience with 365 Short Lets. The bed was broken, the lock didn't work, and the apartment was dirty. When I reported this to the host, he accused me of lying and told me he'd reported me to the police, in spite of providing time-stamped evidence. Avoid!

  i was initially skeptical as i spoke to alot of management companies that state they focus on long stays but we was only ever getting 2 night bookings gave 365 short lets ago and we had a 6 month booking only a week after onboarding its now been 5 months since and the guest have just extended by 2 more months really great team always available and because of their help im now taking on my 2nd airbnb property
