  Seen by James when visiting for a new phone. I was patiently talked through the options available clearly with all pros and cons listed. Came away with my new phone which has been serving me perfectly the last few weeks! Thank you

  My wife and I were absolutely satisfied completely with what we requested. A kind member of staff by the name of JOEL, was very patient, swiftly responsive and very professional. We would recommend his service to everyone and certainly come again.

  Staff was hardly helpful I had to walk to him in he did not moved inch from his chair to make me feel customer and then he kept on laughing chat with staff member as if l was not even there to be served upon half hour waiting game he couldn’t get deal done his tablet gone frozen he could have logged in to another tablet and try too fool me as if l knew nothing about computer I recommend to avoid this and staff member named Jay

  I'm normally very satisfied with three's customer service however when I visited this store the service was very slow and I felt patronised by the staff. I asked to see the upgrade to my S6+ edge which would be the S8+ but instead was shown the A5. I ended up leaving and upgrading online instead.
