  2nd edit: - They replied and deleted the response. They also replied on Trust Pilot, emailed me once then when I asked what the delay was they disappeared. So from Friday 7pm like I was promised to now still no processing. They are aware of the delay and choosing to do nothing about it. They have my property, no explanation, no contact and no money. Original Review: I was told in-store that my Drop and Go order would be complete by 31/07/26, 7pm. Ive had no communication from them whatsoever. No contact to say why there is a delay, nothing. I drove half hour out of my way to go back in store on Sunday. The guy told me that it would be done in 40 minutes, this is Sunday 1pm. It's the next day and still nothing. I dont even mind delays, it happens, no contact throughout is just bad customer service. .

  Traveled for over an hour to the store for the item to be listed on the website wrong in-store. This is the fourth instance this has happened to with CEX. The one star is for CEX in general not the store itself (although it's their fault). Wasted time and money travelling. Thanks CEX..

  Processed a return of an Ipad pro on the 10th of june, had to return there at two separate times to remind them of its existence, they finally process it on the 29th of June, and I now get an email saying the ipad is locked with a pin and they cannot process it, when IN-STORE in front of someone at the desk I had removed my account from the Ipad I think this is the only review I have ever posted
