  Luís at Cex is an amazing gentleman, extremely smart and helpful. He always sorts out things very easily. He deserves score 10+. I don't even have words to describe the extent of is smartness. Excellent and helpful man. Congratulations to Luis for his great intelligence.

  I went to this place to sell a cell phone that was in excellent condition, and we agreed on a price. When I returned later, the guy who tested it claimed the screen had marks on it, in reality, he tried to deceive me by placing another screen protector over the marks to make it look like the damage was genuine, when he was actually just trying to trick me. Be careful if you leave anything with these guys. It happened at Lewisham branch.

  Traveled for over an hour to the store for the item to be listed on the website wrong in-store. This is the fourth instance this has happened to with CEX. The one star is for CEX in general not the store itself (although it's their fault). Wasted time and money travelling. Thanks CEX..

  Processed a return of an Ipad pro on the 10th of june, had to return there at two separate times to remind them of its existence, they finally process it on the 29th of June, and I now get an email saying the ipad is locked with a pin and they cannot process it, when IN-STORE in front of someone at the desk I had removed my account from the Ipad I think this is the only review I have ever posted
