  I came to the store because I wanted to transfer the eSIM from my broken phone to my new phone. Shahed was very kind and solved the problem easily. I'll come back again.

  I'm very disappointed with my experience at Three. Every time we visit the store, it's locked and closed during the day, and they seem to open only when it suits them. It's extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. We had an issue with a home internet payment that wasn't going through, so we asked for help. Instead of resolving it, one manager put us on a phone call, then left to speak with another colleague while we were waiting. After the call, we returned to the same manager because he was the only one who could adjust the age limit on the account, but he refused to help us. Overall, the service was frustrating and unhelpful. It feels like customers are not being taken seriously.

  These people told me to bring my wifi device in store, then refused to accept in store because the “policy” is for me to mail it, then failed to send me the envelope to mail it (I asked twice), and then gobbled my £100 deposit because I “failed” to return the device. Utterly unprofessional and dishonest.
