- MMMatthewJul 19, 20261.0This store doesn’t manage its stock properly. I would advise against making a trip based on its stock reporting as the staff aren’t reporting stock correctly so a wasted trip.

I’m making a very late jump back into gaming with a PS5 in summer 2026 after not really playing for about five years, so I had a lot of questions about how the PS5 memory works, storage options, and a few games. Jahmari was really friendly, patient, and informative. He looked busy, but still stopped what he was doing to answer my questions properly and made the whole conversation feel easy and helpful. It was also nice seeing him in the store a second time and being able to chat about games again. Another staff member was also pleasant, and overall I’ll definitely be coming back now and then for physical copies. CeX can have some good prices compared with Amazon or even the PlayStation Store, though it’s always worth checking current sales and deals yourself. Big thanks to Jahmari for the great customer service. I hope to catch him in there again next time. ALSO*** for the managers of CeX!! Can you guys please start to consider price matching!! 🙏
