I ordered a Pay As You Go SIM online and came to collect it on 30.08.2026, at 11.20.am with full ID and SMS confirmation. Instead of handing it over, the staff repeatedly interrogated me 5 times, asking why I ordered it, and cluelessly claimed Three doesn't even offer this SIM. I wasted over 10 minutes in pointless arguments with poorly trained, unhelpful staff. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
