  I cannot rate Graham and his team highly enough! From my first experience of going into the shop, right the way through to having my log burner installed and two chimney’s capped. He was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I’m thrilled with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending him to others. A first class service. Thank you 😀

  Worst service ever. 3 people telling me 3 different things. Been waiting for a call back after calling many times. Not sure how these people run a business. 1st Guy came round for measurement and never sent them back to the shop. 2nd guy I Call shop, we don't sell gas fires only electric ones get it yourself off eBay. 3rd guy we sell fires I will call you back. Still waiting for call after reminding him 3 times. All I wanted was a fireplace supplied and fitted.
