Me and my friend moved into a new flat in London with the help of Sudan. He was very kind and helpful throughout the process assuring a very smooth move in. After living in London for more than 3 years we found one of the best flats so far with the best agency and management! Thank you so much Sudan ☺️☺️

I had a very good experience with Cranbrook Lettings. Lakshmi was very straightforward, helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. All the staff were polite, welcoming and very supportive, and their customer service was excellent. The rent was slightly higher than I originally expected, but overall I am happy with the service I received. Everything was handled professionally and smoothly. Hopefully, everything will continue to go well with the tenancy. Thank you to Lakshmi and the whole Cranbrook Lettings team for your help and support. Highly recommended.

I am absolutely delighted to share my experience with Cranbrook Lettings. Laxmi, Raj, and the entire team have provided an incredible, seamless service from start to finish. The process began with Raj, who personally visited the property to take high-quality professional photographs. His expertise paid off immediately; the house went on the market and was successfully let out after the very first viewing in just a matter of days. Furthermore, Raj recommended a fantastic team of contractors for the home decoration and cleaning, who turned out to be just as efficient and helpful. Laxmi has been equally exceptional throughout the process. She is incredibly responsive, meticulous with completing background checks, and proactive with every single detail. She went completely above and beyond by arranging a follow-up visit for us to take measurements and plan our furniture layout. We were particularly grateful for her excellent communication, which often extended outside of standard office hours to keep us updated. Thanks to their hard work, we are now fully settled and comfortable with our new rental arrangements in Gants Hill. I have since handed over the full property management to them with complete confidence, and I will undoubtedly continue to use their services in the future. Highly recommended!
