- MJMONA JApr 22, 20261.0They scammed me. They told me that if I signed the contract, I would get 33 days of worldwide roaming. Before traveling, I called them and they confirmed I could use it for 33 days. At the beginning, they asked me to change several settings on my phone, and after about two hours they suddenly told me I had already reached the limit. Then they admitted, “Sorry, we gave you the wrong information.” After that, they stopped the service completely and said I couldn’t use it, even though they had promised it. They also claimed I only have limited data. On top of that, they said if I cancel the contract, I have to pay £328. The conversation is recorded, and I will be sharing it soon on TikTok and Instagram. I will make sure to post the link to the recording. This feels like fraud. Do not use Three.
- EBEleanor BirminghamApr 17, 20261.0Someone pretending to be me apparently to managed to walk into your shop yesterday, upgrade my phone contract, take out an additional contract, walk out with an £1800 fold phone and potentially an iPhone. Changed my contract and used my name and a sort code and account number that is not registered to my name to take out the additional contract. It seems highly unlikely that they were able to provide proof that they were me or photo ID as they were not me! Not even in the same town. I called your store 40+ times today and there was no answer. I hope you keep your CCTV for more than 48 hours because I am interested to see how this was allowed to happen. Spent hours on the phone today trying to sort it and not getting anywhere. How do I contact your store?
