  Had a really great experience at CeX. I brought in around 300 games, and despite the amount, the team were incredibly quick, organised and helpful. Lee and Louis both worked through testing the games, while Louis also helped with testing the controllers. Ashley, the supervisor, was also brilliant and really helped me out by organising everything and making sure the whole process went smoothly. Everyone was extremely respectful, friendly and professional, and they genuinely went out of their way to help me. Considering how many items I brought in, everything was handled very efficiently and I managed to get my voucher sorted without any hassle. Really appreciate all the help from Ashley, Lee and Louis

  Filip was an absolute pleasure! I recently went here to buy a Nintendo switch 2 console, and he was both extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He took extra care to make sure I knew everything and clearly outlined the differences between a boxed and unboxed console. He was kind, patient, and made sure I could make the most of the console by giving me expert advice. He was an absolute delight, lovely shop and friendly, knowledgeable staff.

  I am an older person but the youngsters in the hounslow branch give me good advice on games. I regularly purchase used games for my Xbox and they are exceptionally cheap. Great shop Great staff Great prices Bill Gallup Hounslow.
