I couldn’t be happier with the work Neal and Matt at ProjectSmart Ltd did for me. They exceeded my expectations, particularly given the budget, completing everything on time and with very little disruption. Communication throughout was excellent — they listened carefully to what I needed, were approachable and accommodating, and delivered everything within budget. The quality and service represented genuinely brilliant value for money, especially as I’d received quotes from others that were almost twice as much. The online system was good so I could check the quote and knew exactly what I was paying for. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Neal and Matt. A pleasure to work with from start to finish.

Very professional and excellent completion time. They had boarded my loft and installed electrical lights. Very happy with how it came about. Highly recommended.

Excellent service - responsive and reliable. Ladder quality is great, it's going to make things so much easier for us. The hatch looks great and they left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommend! Thank you!
