  Where to begin. I suffered hair loss many years ago when my son passed and although it grew back to a degree every time I have a very stressful time I lose it again. This time I decided to do something about it. I found bear with the hair and after a few weeks of building up my courage to enquire I contacted Kellie And I m so glad I did . Kellie and all the girls were amazing. Kellie really looked at what hair I had and how to achieve the best look for me . I was made so welcome and everyone did all they could to settle my nerves . Kellie and the team gave me space to think about their suggestions there's no rush or hard sell . Thankyou Kellie and all the team . keep doing what you do. X

  Kellie who owns Bear with the Hair did my (free) consultation l. She was incredibly patient kind and listened to me. I tried wigs and toppers but suggested I persevere with the one I had bought years ago somewhere else and she showed me how to put in place adequately. She discouraged me spending money at the moment and said once I place it well it would work ok. I wore it all the way to Romford and for the first time felt comfortable I have never experienced such a fantastic customer service and care in my entire life. Thank you Kellie.

  I visited Bear with the Hair this week as I had lost my confidence and had become really unhappy with how I looked with my thinning hair and wanted to see if a topper would help. I was quite apprehensive about going but as soon as I walked through the door, the warmth of Kellie and her team were amazing. I felt so at ease. After trying on some toppers and discussing what best suited me, Kellie found just the 'perfect' one for me, it matched my hair colour perfectly and just fitted like a dream. I can't believe I walked out with my new hair on the same day feeling my old self again. I cannot thank you enough for your help, professionalism and kindness. I wish I had plucked up the courage and had come to see you sooner. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. No doubt I shall see you again. Debra xx

  I am starting to lose my hair due to chemotherapy, and went to the salon today. Kellie was amazing, and immediately found the sort of wig that I had requested, as I wanted one to look very much like my own hair in style and colour. She is the perfect person to be doing this, as she has such a caring and kind manner. I highly recommend Bear with the Hair for anyone who wants perhaps a full wig, or only a topper.
