  Kellie made me feel at ease as soon as I stepped through the door. She tried a few styles and colours on me. I chose one there and then and left still wearing it! I am really pleased with my choice. Would recommend 👍🙂

  We heard about Bear with the hair through lots of ladies on the chemo ward. I contacted Kelly and from the get go she was so helpful, caring, understanding and accommodating. We welcomed into the salon and the whole experience was lovely. My Mum was nervous and Kelly put her straight at ease, we had no idea what to expect so Kelly spoke about different options and gave mum time to look through things. She tried on a synthetic wig and it looked amazing on her, she gave her honest opinion and advice! We walked away with an amazing wig and Mum walked away confident and happy! Going through chemo is a tough ride and losing your hair, but this experience couldn’t have been made any more simpler or comfortable for Mum! Kelly thank you!

  Well well well, how do I start this review ? First of all my apologies for not having any names as I totally forgot to make a mental note of who we had the immense pleasure of dealing with 😀 I phoned the Bear with the Hair shop yesterday and the lady who answered the phone told me that they were very busy but she managed to fit my mother in for a consultation this morning at 10h00. We arrived just in time and we received a very warm welcome by the lady owner and all her staff. We were offered a drink which is quite rare nowadays and were seen straight away. The lady who saw my mother was very welcoming and even tried to say a few words in French to my mother who is French by the way. I was there to translate and explain everything to my mother who is deaf. We were shown and advised on what she could have, what was available as well as what services are available. Everything was explained clearly and patiently, the lady owner even took the time to explain the difference between real and synthetic hair and how to take care of the wig. She even made us aware of the price difference between real and synthetic wigs and didn’t even try to make us spend more than was necessary. Once my mother was happy with her choice of wig another young lady trimmed the wig to finalise the fitting and all this yet again was done with a smile. The lovely lady owner and all her staff are very welcoming, warm, knowledgeable and a real pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend the Bear with the Hair shop if you need a wig, hair piece or anything else. My mother was even given the aftercare shampoo and conditioner free of charge and some other product that I can’t remember. Once again a big massive thank you to the all the lovely ladies for the top top top notch service we were given this morning and they’re all gorgeous by the way 😍 Merci du fond du coeur 🇫🇷🇬🇧🇲🇺
