While speaking to me, she had her leg up on the chair, which came across as disrespectful in a customer service setting. When I was explaining my concerns, she stood up and walked away instead of listening. She also failed to provide clear and accurate answers to my questions. Overall, the service was unhelpful and disappointing, and I expected much better professionalism.

So at tuesday 16 june 2026 at 5:00 we entered three store and kavita opened the door and said "what you want " why are you here" this is just starting of her rudeness then we want to buy s 26 ultra and we don't know how it works in uk she said sit down, "you want uprade or new sim" i already said to her that we already have three sim and broadband but she started showing her rudeness and started frustrating on us. Then as you know we came before two days and we had already seen the phone and on that day there staff and manager was nice and kind but today when we came here i was so disappointed. You should escalate that staff and teach some manners To her.
