  Kalpesh and his team were incredibly supportive to our family during one of the most difficult times in our lives. When he had his funeral office in Ilford, he and his team were always welcoming, compassionate, and professional. They took care of every aspect of the funeral service held at Manor Park Church with great care and respect, making the entire process much easier for us. I highly recommend Kalpesh and his team to anyone looking for a reliable and caring funeral service.

  I would like to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation to the entire team at Om Funeral Directors for the exceptional care, compassion, and support they provided during the most difficult time of our lives. My mother sadly passed away on 16th July, and being in a foreign country, we had no idea where to begin or how the entire process worked. We were overwhelmed with grief and uncertainty, but from the very first conversation with Om Funeral Directors, they made everything feel manageable. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism gave us immense comfort during a time when we were emotionally struggling. The team took care of every single detail with great respect and dignity, from collecting my mother’s clothes, arranging her collection from the hospital mortuary, guiding us through all the necessary paperwork, and ensuring that everything was handled smoothly until the final cremation ceremony. What truly touched us was the care they took to respect our Hindu traditions. They arranged for a Pandit to be present on time and ensured that all the rituals were carried out properly and respectfully, allowing us to give our mother the farewell she deserved. There are truly no words to describe how grateful we are to the entire Om Funeral Directors team. They removed all unnecessary stress from an already heartbreaking situation and supported our family with genuine compassion, understanding, and care.   Thank you to Om Funeral Care for being there to sort out our father’s funeral. The care, attention and consideration given was outstanding by Kalpesh who was with us every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble for Kalpesh. The guidance, comfort and empathy shown was tremendous. The staff, everyone involved performed their duty to the highest professional standard and made things run smoothly and effortlessly. The priest (Maharaj) his experience, wisdom, explanations according to our culture helped us understand the process of the last rites (pooja). The attentiveness, care and love shown at the time made a difficult experience bearable. No one wants to be in this position where they have to say goodbye to their loved one, but I can say without any doubt or hesitation that Om Funeral Care Ltd will hold your hand till the end.
