  absolute joke and waste of time, travelled an hour in heat since they had a mic in stock I was looking for. I pre paid for collection because I needed it TODAY. waiting in a long que since apparently only one person is slowly working at the counter. manage to show my collection ID and they end up scanning the completly wrong item , it messed it up and they have to refund me which will process in a days time so I COULD no longer re BUY the item I already ORDERED ONLINE for collection. awful

  Absolutely useless. Left three items for days not bothered to be tested. Every day was told it will be done by 3pm. Went to pick up item. Staff couldn’t care less. Manager absolute joke as well. Don’t know how he’s got a job. All the staff are moody and not sure how cex allow there stores to run like this. Absolute joke. Don’t leave your stuff here

  Bought a charger from here on Tuesday. I specifically asked for a usb to lightening cable to charge my iPhone. I paid and the cashier put the box in the bag. I’ve returned to exchange after noticing this was the wrong cable, I was then told that I was not eligible for an exchange as the cello tape on the box was opened. The box was not damaged and the charger was not taken out. The manager was rude and blunt, didn’t even look me in the face when I was speaking to him.
