  I have recently had two kinesiology sessions with Patricia, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment you meet Patricia, her warmth, kindness, and genuine care put you completely at ease. She takes her work incredibly seriously and never rushes the process, ensuring that each session unfolds exactly as it needs to. Her calm and thoughtful approach creates a safe space for healing and self-discovery. Throughout the sessions, Patricia provides valuable insights as she works and asks thoughtful questions that gently guide you towards greater understanding, clarity, and peace. Her ability to help uncover and process deeper issues is truly remarkable. What particularly stands out is her dedication beyond the session itself. Patricia follows up afterwards to check on how you are feeling, reminds you of any goals that were set, and encourages you to complete the tasks and practices suggested between sessions. This level of care and support demonstrates her genuine commitment to her clients' wellbeing and progress. I feel incredibly grateful to have met Patricia at this point in my life. Her work has allowed me to heal parts of myself that I didn't even realise were still holding on to pain and in need of release. If you are considering kinesiology, I would wholeheartedly recommend Patricia's services. She is a truly gifted practitioner who approaches her work with compassion, integrity, and exceptional care.

  Thank you so much Patricia for introducing me to kinesiology. I felt so much calmer after our session. Been under a lot of stress in recent times and this was a huge help. I would be very happy to continue our sessions and see how much further I can go.

  I highly recommend Patrícia Tosi. I booked a session because I had been suffering from imsomia, pain in my legs and right arm. During the appointment, she established an incredible connection with me and focused on the key áreas of my body. After the session I noticed that my insomnia had cleared up from the very first night and the pain that used to keep my legs throbbing at night has almost completely gone. The pain I had in my arm has reduced by over 50%.
