  The team at the Hammersmith CeX store were incredibly helpful after my mum's phone was lost or stolen while she was visiting from overseas. The staff in-store handled the purchase smoothly and even set up the device for her. They were patient and kind, which made a stressful situation much easier for my mum. I highly appreciate their efficient and thoughtful service.

  Well I was going to buy the Canon EOS R10, but after reading all the poor reviews, I don't think I'll risk having a Falling Down type breakdown....

  I wish I could leave more stars. Experienced a wonderful service from the team that sourced a HDMI cable for my monitor. They sprang forword like hero's! The service and support is what a 2nd hand Tech shop should be. Also whoever designed the front shop window is a genius. Shout out to the current team will definitely be back and tell others. I appreciate the service.

  What a great experiemce. The staff here make a huge difference. Today i was helped and served by T, Eldi Armani who went above and beyond. Had a problem with a phone which i have purchased a year ago and these Guys made a huge difference dealing with a stressful situation ans helpkng to get a new phone,sort out the refund. Thank you Guys. Will be back for sure.
