  Absolutely horrible experience. Staff was rude, swearing in the middle of the shop, burping and showing videos on Instagram. Not sure if manager was there because I’m sure they would’ve been spoken to.

  Excellent customer service. I didn't catch the name of the girl who helped me today, but she was lovely. Very friendly, efficient, and kind.

  Rude staff. Store smells like weed, air conditioning was not working properly. The sweaty staff member behind the counter even after explaining a problem with item bought from the store, he didn't offer any solution or advice. Just abruptly answered in a short way. Two stars as I like CeX (it will be just one of I wasn't).

  Came to pick up my order 25 min ago. Fantastic service by advisor Stevie, exactly what I like straight forward, I said I need speaker , showed me shelf with all speakers offered me cable with it to charge because it was dead. Now Blasting Russian rap in my house , many thanks. Definitely will be back.
