The support team handled my enquiries thoroughly and professionally. While response times were occasionally delayed, the agents remained responsible, attentive, and committed to resolving my query. I am satisfied with the solution provided and would highly recommend their service. Thank you!

Visited many many Cex stores up and down the country and this branch is one of the best. Super friendly staff, would definitely return when back in the area! Keep up the great work guys!

Phenomenal Service from Malak and Yara I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had with them. From start to finish their professionalism was absolutely unmatched. Malak was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. She listened closely to exactly what I needed and handled everything with grace and efficiency. Yara brought fantastic enthusiasm and explained their warranty front to back. What impressed me most was how seamlessly they worked together as a team. They turned what could have been a stressful process into a quick fix haha😂 They both went above and beyond to help me deal with my phone issues. Will be returning.😊😊😊
