  Bought an XBOX ONE X, couldn't be happier. It was labelled as "discounted" grade for £150 but the console itself was in really good cosmetic condition with the factory warranty sticker intact and comes with a 5 year warranty. The controller was a little grubby but nothing a good cleanup wouldn't fix. Traded in 2x old controllers and a PS1 game which surprisingly got me £52 in store credit. Staff at at this CEX are really chilled and easy going. Small CEX but can find some absolute gems. Thanks guys

  The lovely young white gentleman who served me in the Feltham store today 07/03/2026 approx 10:00am was phenomenal. He was extremely attentive, personable and took a great deal of interest in my purchase. He created a comfortable and serene environment for me and my husband to shop. His service was impeccable.   Review entirely on the service provided. Fantastic customer service from the young man that served me. Due to a busy day it would be 2.5 hours to test/confirm they would buy the tablet, but as I wasn't available to pop back they would email and confirm and do a bank transfer. Great service.
