  This has to be the worst website to login to who ever designed this website should go back to there original jobs like colouring in with thick crowns the most frustrating sit to login to ever

  This store has always had good products but how it is run is very questionable. I have always found the staff rude and lack etiquete and respect for customers. I travelled far to buy something. And i was told that because they incorectly accepted the product they had to pull it. I said you should have esculated to your seniors to remove or adjust the website. Cex are not going to return my effort, time, petrol spent. Be better and not weird.

  Bought an XBOX ONE X, couldn't be happier. It was labelled as "discounted" grade for £150 but the console itself was in really good cosmetic condition with the factory warranty sticker intact and comes with a 5 year warranty. The controller was a little grubby but nothing a good cleanup wouldn't fix. Traded in 2x old controllers and a PS1 game which surprisingly got me £52 in store credit. Staff at at this CEX are really chilled and easy going. Small CEX but can find some absolute gems. Thanks guys

  The lovely young white gentleman who served me in the Feltham store today 07/03/2026 approx 10:00am was phenomenal. He was extremely attentive, personable and took a great deal of interest in my purchase. He created a comfortable and serene environment for me and my husband to shop. His service was impeccable. Thank you to this lovely young gentleman for really making my day today! Well done!
