  I reached out to obtain a quotation for a conservatory and was assured of a follow-up call that never materialized. Upon calling again for an update, I encountered an exceptionally rude representative who dismissed my concerns by stating he was not a Tesco Express and insisted that I should be more patient. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with his tone, he abruptly suggested that we should not proceed with the business relationship. This experience raises significant concerns about their customer service approach, particularly in light of the substantial investment I was considering. Given this interaction, I have decided against engaging with their services, regardless of their pricing.

  In the world of much scams and alienation and awful service - Andy and his team are an amazing exception. Him and Kamal were so kind, communicative, speedy, great quality, friendly AND great price for multiple window repair job. I didn't think honest trade companies like this existed anymore in London. 11/10, AAAA+++, faith in the world restored. 🌷

  Paul and the guys fitted our windows and front door in February 2026, and what a absolutely amazing job too. Great team work, friendly and very tidy. Seriously they deserve more than 5 . Thank you for great work we will definitely recommend you.

  We had our fabulous windows supplied and fitted from World of Windows and the service was amazing from start to finish! Andy is an absolute gem! He was so easygoing from the moment we met, gave us great advice and wasn't pushy at all. Andy's team were lovely, professional and easy to get along with. They carried out the work to a high standard and cleaned up nicely. I would definitely recommend them! Our new windows have transformed the house! One very happy customer! Thank you!
