I contacted the company regarding a small replacement item and received a prompt, friendly, and genuinely helpful response.   I could not fault either the shelving system Dexion Impex, supplied by Penwright or their customer service. Andy and his team definitely went the extra mile to help me and I am very happy with my purchase and the installation. The shelves are up in my studio and are enabling me to make the best use of the available space. Thank you!
