  A heartfelt thank you to Harrison Funeral Directors for the incredible kindness, compassion, dignity and respect you showed our family during one of the most difficult times of our lives. Thank you for taking over the arrangements and bringing our beloved dad into your care from our previous funeral directors. From the moment you took over, you treated both our father and our whole family with the utmost dignity, respect and compassion. We especially want to thank you for your excellent communication every step of the way. You kept us informed, listened to what we wanted and helped guide us through all the arrangements at a time when we were grieving and finding everything incredibly difficult. Thank you also for allowing us to see and spend time with Dad as often as we could before his funeral. Having those precious final moments with him meant more to our family than words can express, and we will always be grateful for the care and understanding you showed us. Most importantly, thank you for taking such wonderful care of our dad and helping us give him the beautiful, dignified send-off he deserved. The care shown to our father, together with the excellent customer service, patience and compassion shown to our grieving family, was truly exceptional. Five-star treatment from beginning to end. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From my mum, my brother, myself and our entire family, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you did for Dad and for us.   Harrison took over my dad care as a previous funeral directors wasnt treating us good , when I contacted Harrison the care and attention was superb I arranged for my dad to be collected and into there care within hours my dad was with them since then the care we received as a family was 💯 gold star 🌟 service polite friendly the communication for 10/10 i saw my beloved father a couple of times before his funeral , the pressure and stress of funeral was taken off our hands but at the same time every wish we wanted for our father was done the day of the funeral the hearse arrived home for my dad last visit home then on way to funeral we walked up our local area for my dad last trip around his favourite places when we arrived at cremation , the staff was hands on, the service was excellent the whole team pull together we was instructed what to do . My brother , my mum and me got involved in carrying and walking my dad into chapel for his cremation. Harrison made my mum feel very special and warm hearted in my opinion they went above and beyond of what i was expecting even arranged to collect the cremation on our behalf. I give 5 star review but it should be 10 stars 🌟 my dad has gone and without Harrison support we would of struggle to give my dad the best possible sending off . I will 💯 recommend Harrison for anyone that going though this process , words can't describe how much we appreciate their support during this hard times Thankyou so much our papa meant the world to us

  I wanted to leave a review to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the care, compassion, and kindness shown to my family and me during one of the most difficult times of our lives. After my husband passed away, we discovered that the funeral plan he had taken out was completely unsuitable for our wishes. They intended to take him miles away for a direct cremation and refused to allow us to see him unless we arranged for another funeral home to collect him. Feeling devastated and overwhelmed, I contacted Harrison’s and spoke with Natasha. From the very first conversation, she showed complete understanding, empathy, and genuine compassion for our situation. Natasha arranged for my husband to be collected within the hour and made it possible for my family and me to spend precious time with him in the chapel of rest to say our final goodbye. Her kindness and support meant more than words can express. She comforted us when we were heartbroken and was truly a shoulder to cry on when we needed it most. The care and dignity shown to my husband, along with the compassion shown to our family, will never be forgotten. I now know exactly where I would turn in the future should I ever need the services of a funeral home again. Thank you to Natasha and everyone at Harrison’s for everything you did for us. May God bless you all. ❤️

  I was recommended by two people to choose this funeral director and I’m so happy I did! In such a sensitive/confusing/raw time you really do want a funeral home that’s going to make things feel smooth and easier, and that’s exactly what the staff did. A friendly and efficient team, honest, reliable & respectful. Thank you so much for all your help/kind words and assistance. My Dad can lay in peace now knowing he had a good send off.
