  I would highly recommend this company. We rented a recliner chair from them for my mum who had moved in to a care home for respite care. We needed a recliner at short notice (as we realised after a few days that she was unsafe in the armchairs there). Fortuna (Sha and Steph) managed to fit us in and brought a chair to us the same afternoon. They were so kind and helpful, and took time to set up the chair and oversaw mum being moved in to it. They were very patient and stayed to adjust cushions until she was as comfortable as possible. I was very impressed with the amount of care they showed towards us.

  10/10 experience at Fortuna Mobility. My nan has come to stay with us for a few weeks and we soon realised we needed to adapt the house temporarily to suit her needs. Everyone was very kind and welcoming, they helped us measure equipment to ensure it would fit in our bathroom and they even managed to fit us in the next day to put up a a stair rail which has now allowed my nan to use the stairs with more ease. Prices are very reasonable, products are good quality and great customer service.

  Just at a time when you need sound advice to help you manage a change in your circumstances, Fortuna Mobility steps up! Cannot fault their patience, professionalism and kindness. We had a ramp fitted to help allow my newly wheelchair bound husband to get out. The ramp needed some adjustments…all carried out promptly. Highly recommended. Thank you Sean!
