  Horrible store. I’ve had such bad experiences here. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Manager is disrespectful to customers and staff would not recommend this store to anyone

  I went in to this branch the other day to trade in a bunch of my old items in order to acquire an Xbox series x. I had bought an Xbox one x from the branch a couple of weeks before and wanted to trade it in for vouchers, initially I was told I would be given half the money back back, but thankfully Sean was incredibly helpful and gave me a full refund on the item instead. Sean was very patient and helpful, and thanks to him I had enough voucher credits to get my series X. Thank you very much!

  Feeling frustrated with a recent purchase from CEX! 😤 I bought a Nintendo Switch, but the cashier didn't mention any scratches on the screen. Now I'm stuck with a damaged product and can only get store credit instead of a refund. #CustomerService #Retail #Complaint

  I came to buy headphones. Had to be 100% purchase. I already have my card in a hand to tap it. He insisted i cant test it even if im ready to pay. I respected i wanted then just conected. He said i cant not do even that. So i said ok il gonna pay i test it and if i dont like it you gonna refund me all money in cash right now. He said he cant do it becouse its froudulent activitty. BRAVO!!!! CEX is a fraudulent activity. I was doing 100% purchase. Cex its a fraud. Do not allow to test the product before you buy and even if you pay he rufuses same moment refund. A scam. Buy a cat in a bag.. rubish company.

  "This is the worst shop and the most dishonest shopkeeper. He was extremely disrespectful. My phone was broken, and I waited three weeks while he kept lying to me continuously. It became clear that he had no real knowledge or skill in repairing phones—he was completely inexperienced. I went through a lot of stress during that waiting period, but he showed no concern at all. Therefore, I strongly advise everyone not to visit this shop under any circumstances, as it is not trustworthy. I leave my complaint to God."
