  Aceasta companie nu merita nici un sfert din steluța, personalul nu e acolo pentru a te ajuta ci pentru a te încurcă mai mult,duminică când am fost pentru a rezolva o problema ni sa spus sa revenim azi adica miercuri pana în ora 5,iar când soțul meu a lăsat orele de munca mai repede pentru a merge atâta drum pana la ei pentru a rezolva, lau amânat pentru mâine deși mai era destul timp pentru a sta de vorba cu el și a rezolva problema, dar ce înseamnă asta ,cine poate sa tot lase munca pentru a merge la voi când aveți voi chef ,la ce ora se închide de vati grăbit asa ,nu recomand nimănui aceasta companie,avem o problema de rezolvat cu telefonul și nu și-au dat deloc interesul ,acum 2 sâmbete în urma am încercat a rezolva la three în luton și la fel nu ne-au ajutat ,ne zice nou ce sa facem în loc de a face ei deoarece aparținea de ei sa ne rezolve ...cat de curând ne vom schimba la alta companie pentru cartele și vom închide orice aveam la voi,cea mai rea experienta și urât, nu ne veți mai avea ca și clienți nici pe noi și chiar și alții vor renunța desigur!!!!!

  Review for Urvee ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a stressful day trying to get a new phone, but Urvee completely turned the experience around. She was incredibly welcoming, patient, kind and professional from start to finish. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions and genuinely went above and beyond to help me. She even found ways to reduce my upfront cost by recommending some accessories, which made a huge difference and really helped me out. Nothing ever felt rushed and she made me feel valued as a customer. Thank you so much Urvee for your outstanding service, kindness and positive energy. You’re a real credit to the store and made what started as a horrible day end on a brilliant note

  My human mummy needed to get a Three SIM to send to a friend in Australia. The two young men we spoke with were helpful, despite initial confusion on both sides. probably due to Mummy running on low human battery, being overloaded by background sounds, and having difficulty expressing herself. They patiently listened to Mummy’s friend on the phone, who explained in better detail than useless Mummy! After not too long a time, we left with the card, which had been activated in Mummy’s phone and then put back in the SIM casing. The shop might be a bit too bright and noisy for some humans; as there is no closed door, just a wide doorway onto the shopping centre. Though the staff is good.

  I went in to get a new, smaller Nano sim card to fit into my new phone. I'm 50 and computer illiterate. I needed all my contacts, apps etc copied from my old phone onto I my new phone. To be honest I didn't have a clue. I spoke to a very nice and helpful assistant called Christina. Out of the goodness of her heart she spent 1 hour 30 mins with me to help me get up and running with my new phone. Downloading this and that for me. I had no idea what she was doing but my new phone is now working perfectly with all my old numbers, apps, everything all in working order. Christina thank you so very much. You saved me 3 weeks of frustration and anger. I have rated you 5 stars but you deserve 10 stars. You deserve a pay raise and promotion.
