  Shit shop. Informs that it is open until 7 pm, I spent 30 minutes to be able to park. I arrived at 4:30 pm at the store and they informed me that it was already closing. I lost my time and money with parking. I'll look for another store

  Went there to sell my gpu rtx 3060 12gb they refused under the policy that it smells burned without testing the gpu and states it under policy to not accept smell but when I checked on there website there is no such thing I am completely applaud by the customer service no where in the policy does it say refuse because of smell and I have prof of it working the same day with video evidence and when I went to another cex store they said there’s no such thing we only stress test it and visual checks this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life and as an worker for cash converters I know the process of checking items I believe this unfair and racial targeting I wouldn’t recommend this store I was even told to leave the store aggressively for talking to another customer which made me travel another hour to a different cex to sell with no problems as I said I don’t recommend anyone buy or sell from this store poor customer service and made up rules with racial discrimination I am greatly disappointed and hope further investigation would happen because treating customers that way his bad for business from management to the staff appalling, I have reviewed the policy and no wear does it say refuse because of smell but it passes visual inspection and stressing at a different store i am disappointed extremely for there attitude and behaviour next time I walk past I will make a fuss about there made up rules Because this unacceptable and rude to me and there customers they need a change of staff

  Really bad customer service plz sort ur staff out. don’t bother going here you’re not gonna sell your stuff and they won’t even give u a good price. Pathetic

  Disappointed. If you sell something to them, will give you 80% of the original price for your device. If your device it's worth 100, they give you just 20. I'm not going to sell to them anymore
