- DDDilma DalugodaJun 6, 20261.0I just stepped to 3 eastham 10mins ago with my friends to buy an iPad as my friend got an email about upgrading offer. My friend came to get info and buy one iPad and one phone. Hassina was the sales assistant we spoke to and we were having so hard time to get the information. She is showing all that attitude, giving so uncomfortable eye contact, eye rolling, no smile, everything we ask is out of stock and when we asked about the Samsung tab she was telling us that's not apple that's Samsung, which we all knew already we didn't need her support to recognise the brands we just wanted to get to know the availability, pricing, package it comes with and since it's existing customer using 3 sim, how the customer can upgrade the device. Seriously is that what 3 service is all about?? She is better for a immigration boarder but for sales. May be 3 should reconsider the recruitment standards and train the staff about how to do sales & service. Cheers to 3! 😶🥂

- MNMohmad NishalApr 12, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at the Three Store on East Ham High Street. I ordered a new SIM online using the Click & Collect option. The confirmation email clearly stated that I needed to bring either a passport or a driving licence as ID. I brought my original driving licence, which is a valid form of identification. However, the staff member, Neelam, refused to proceed and insisted that I provide a passport instead. I even offered to show a soft copy of my passport, but he was not willing to accept it or assist further. This was frustrating and inconvenient, especially since I followed the instructions given in the email. The customer service felt unhelpful and inflexible. I hope the store improves its communication and handles customers more professionally in the future.
