I always have good experience at three stores with staff but not with my WiFi network unfortunately. But today I pop up there to ask something about it , the main staff member on the first entrance desk sounds so rough and attitude towards me was not very nice , the way it should be. Thanks .

Very rude customer service . i walked in store as i was their customer from last three years. i have all the contracts with three only , i went and was asking few questions about the upcoming phone. a rude lady with big eyelashes behaved so bad and said she is horrible. i definitely wnna cut off with this bulshit no more three contract.

Hi, deside to leave the review to this store. I have contract with Three and sometimes the calls from them really annoying. The situation in the store is absolutely different. I need a new contract with a phone so I went to the store to see what they offer. First of all, no one came and ask what I need. Second, when I asked the prices assistant just was not able to answer. I do not know if this is luck of training or anything else but unfortunately, this was my experience with them.

If I could give less stars I’d do it! Horrible customer service!! I went today trying to pay my phone bill and they told me “the machine wasn’t working and why I didn’t do it on the phone” I said I didn’t want to be in a long call and I was nearby anyway, they insisted me to do it through a phone call after I said I didn’t want to. Also the few times I’ve been in this store they don’t let me pay my phone bill or let my sister to do it without a proof of identity that is me, they shouldn’t care who’s paying my bills as long as the payment is there, why do I have to take my passport to a store only to do a payment?
