Hi, deside to leave the review to this store. I have contract with Three and sometimes the calls from them really annoying. The situation in the store is absolutely different. I need a new contract with a phone so I went to the store to see what they offer. First of all, no one came and ask what I need. Second, when I asked the prices assistant just was not able to answer. I do not know if this is luck of training or anything else but unfortunately, this was my experience with them.

If I could give less stars I’d do it! Horrible customer service!! I went today trying to pay my phone bill and they told me “the machine wasn’t working and why I didn’t do it on the phone” I said I didn’t want to be in a long call and I was nearby anyway, they insisted me to do it through a phone call after I said I didn’t want to. Also the few times I’ve been in this store they don’t let me pay my phone bill or let my sister to do it without a proof of identity that is me, they shouldn’t care who’s paying my bills as long as the payment is there, why do I have to take my passport to a store only to do a payment?

If I could, I’d give this place 10 stars without even thinking twice! I popped in today to return something, fully expecting the usual back-and-forth, but it ended up being such an easy and actually enjoyable experience. Noor was an absolute star, so friendly, welcoming, and just genuinely lovely. She handled everything super smoothly and made the whole process feel effortless. I didn’t feel rushed at all, which is rare when it comes to returns! Honestly, she turned what could’ve been a boring errand into such a positive little experience. Big shoutout to Noor for being amazing — customer service done right! ✨
