  have been with Three Mobile for many years, and unfortunately, during that time I feel the service has gradually become worse. Everything seems to be focused on sales rather than customer service. I have business accounts with Three, and last week I visited the Croydon store to make sure everything was set up correctly for my daughter to travel abroad. Unfortunately, the advice I received from the lady in the store was inaccurate. My daughter is now abroad and her phone has not been working properly. When I called Three for assistance, I found the customer service extremely disappointing, and on one occasion the call was even disconnected. The experience was upsetting and stressful. Today, I visited the Croydon store and was assisted by two outstanding members of staff, Nana and Nazif. Their customer service was absolutely excellent. They were patient, reassuring, and genuinely focused on helping us resolve the issue. They took the time to speak with my daughter abroad, guide her through her phone settings, and provide the kind of old-fashioned customer support that is becoming increasingly rare. What impressed me most was that they were not focused on sales or commission; they were focused on helping a customer. They are a credit to your company and deserve recognition for their professionalism and dedication. Before meeting Nana and Nazif, I was fully prepared to come into the store and cancel my contract because the service I had received up to that point had been so poor. Their efforts completely changed my experience. I believe Three needs to re-evaluate its approach to customer care, as the quality of support appears to vary greatly. However, Nana and Nazif demonstrated exactly how customer service should be delivered. Well done to both of them.

  Please avoid this store. They sold me a MiFi hotspot along with a SIM card without clearly informing me that I was taking out a separate SIM contract. Within 5 days, I returned both the MiFi device and the SIM to the store. They cancelled the broadband service but failed to cancel the SIM. I never activated the SIM and only made one call from it. Now I'm receiving bills for a SIM I didn't even know was still active. To make matters worse, they are asking me to pay £250 to cancel it, even though this happened because the store failed to process the cancellation when I returned everything. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I would advise others to be cautious before purchasing from this store.

  The lady over sitting she doesn’t know nothing I need my SIM card I bring my photo ID plus billing Address she said system no allow , I told her you have photo identification plus my self front of you plus my billing Address what else you need system not allowed 🚫 useless no fully knowledge after that she went out for buy staubury shake ,Not interested to solve the problem
