  I cannot express to you how grateful we are to Rouse & Co. They made the whole process flawless. From the very start Louise the manager & Funeral arranger was so kind to me & my wife for our son's funeral that when we agreed to go ahead and walked out we both felt a breath of fresh air. The support, compassion and kindness was amazing. They kept us updated through the whole process while they were conducting their professional service. Rouse & Co was exceptionally priced considering the quality they provided. A HUGE BIG THANKYOU to Mark, Louise and Grace and all the team. We will never forget how supported and comforted you made us feel throughout the whole process. From the moment we first contacted the funeral directors, they treated us with such dignity, warmth, and understanding while we navigated the pain of losing my dad. They truly made us feel like family and nothing was ever too much for them. Their patience, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care brought so much comfort to us while we were grieving. They handled everything with such respect and made an incredibly difficult experience feel a little lighter through their support and kindness.   Sadly Lost a good friend, was recommended to use Rouse & Co, spoke with Mark a few times, he has been extremely helpful & he gone out of his way & the extra mile, to accommodate. It's so refreshing to come across a great person, who really cares. Would defiantly recommend. Thanks you Mark.
