  I cannot express to you how grateful we are to Rouse & Co. They made the whole process flawless. From the very start Louise the manager & Funeral arranger was so kind to me & my wife for our son's funeral that when we agreed to go ahead and walked out we both felt a breath of fresh air. The support, compassion and kindness was amazing. They kept us updated through the whole process while they were conducting their professional service. Rouse & Co was exceptionally priced considering the quality they provided. A HUGE BIG THANKYOU to Mark, Louise and Grace and all the team. We will never forget how supported and comforted you made us feel throughout the whole process. From the moment we first contacted the funeral directors, they treated us with such dignity, warmth, and understanding while we navigated the pain of losing my dad. They truly made us feel like family and nothing was ever too much for them. Their patience, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care brought so much comfort to us while we were grieving.   Mark and his team dealt with my dads funeral. His communication with us has been great. Really responsive and he matched his style to our requirements. From the start we knew what the cost would be, which in these tough times is a massive stress relief. He was able to get us a prompt date at Beckenham where we could use the webcast facilities. This meant we could share with others who couldn’t attend. He recommended Grace, the celebrant, who provided the best service we could manage. Highly recommended, thank you Mark.
