  Gary is an absolute gem. He replaced broken glass on my patio doors. His communication skills were great, he was responsive to inquiries, clear in his explanations and easy to work with. He completed the job within the agreed-upon timeframe. Punctual to quote and complete the work. The cost of the service matched the initial quotation. Customer Service was excellent - he was courteous and accommodating.
