Outstanding service from start to finish We had Unique Windows install a replacement kitchen window and two sets of bifold doors on the back of our house in Esher. From initial design discussions and advice on site and subsequent quotation by Paul, through to completion, the experience was exemplary. Clint and his team arrived promptly and completed the entire installation in a single day — no fuss, no delays. The work was immaculate, and when we spotted a small tweak needed, they returned the very next day without hesitation to put it right. What impressed us most was the professionalism and courtesy they maintained throughout. Our property was in the middle of a major building project with multiple trades on site, yet the team coordinated seamlessly, worked around everyone else, and left the site clean and tidy. The windows and bifolds themselves are of exceptional quality — the transformation to the back of our home has been remarkable. We cannot recommend Unique Windows London highly enough. If you're considering new windows or doors in the London and Surrey area, this is the company to call. Outstanding all round.

If you want a template for excellence in workmanship, efficiency, professionalism, and customer service, look no further than Unique Windows. Clint and Kell arrived on time and started work immediately. They were efficient and well-organised, and they worked hard - real grafters. A job that had been pencilled in for two days involving the installation of two sets of two double doors and a single door, they finished by early afternoon. All the mess was tidied up and the old doors were taken away. The new doors look fantastic and I can’t stop looking at them. Thank you, Clint and Kell. If the need ever arises, I will happily employ Unique Windows again. E Godsall
