  I recently changed vets to Parkside. On our first visit to the consulting room my jack russell was welcomed with a scratch and a treat for reassurance and comfort as he is nervous of vets. He was treated like a pet rather than an animal. His problem was solved too. So happy I changed.

  Always very friendly, can fit us in when we need for urgent things. Give the best advice and explain everything fully. I never feel I'm being over charged for anything which I have at other vets. They are kind and caring

  I’ve been going to Parkside for years and they’re amazing. Really kind and supportive. From reception staff to nurses and vets, they’re all lovely.

  Amazing consultation, quick appointment and follow up calls. My only complaint is the extortionate cost for a consultation , and 3 lots of medication. £380 to be exact, I can't afford that sort of unexpected cost. Just sad that pet medical advice is so expensive which leads to people abandoning pets at shelters which are overrun or just let them go to be strays. It's not just Parkside but there needs to be a change in prices.

  We can’t thank Parkside Vets enough for the amazing support and care they have given our dog, Chino. From the very first contact, Jess and Nevaeh on reception were incredibly helpful. They answered all of our questions quickly, arranged a vet appointment promptly, and made what was already a stressful situation feel much easier. Rachel saw Chino for an ear infection and a ruptured anal gland. Chino is definitely not the easiest patient, but Rachel was so patient and did everything she could to help him. She gave us excellent advice and guidance, which meant we were able to support his recovery properly at home. A big thank you to Dallas too for all her help and care. Everyone at Parkside Vets went above and beyond, and we felt reassured throughout that Chino was receiving the very best care. We are incredibly grateful to the whole team for their kindness, professionalism and support. Highly recommended! ❤️🐾
