  While taking my dog to this vets for the first time . They where amazing with my dog and gave me comfort and explained what they was going to do and gave me so much warmth . Thank u 💓

  Very helpful receptionists, easy to book appointment quickly. Had anal glands cleared for ournlittlendog, and had poorly kittens also. The service was exceptional and the staff were very attentive, professional, patient with myself who is an anxious pet owner and happy I moved over to Parkside.

  In what was a very worrying few days for us with our cat not being well, we are now feeling a lot more optimistic. After seeing the vet she is now receiving the right medication and care going forward. Everyone at the Practice, from the minute I walked in and checked in at the reception, to the minute I left, were polite, professional, helpful, supportive and understanding. I would highly recommend Parkside Vets.

  I am very grateful for the excellent care my cat received. The whole team was kind, professional, and compassionate from the moment I contacted the practice. They examined my cat thoroughly, identified that the wound was caused by a cat bite, drained the abscess, and explained the treatment clearly. They answered all of my questions with patience and made me feel reassured during a very stressful time. My cat is now on treatment and already seems much more comfortable. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, expertise, and genuine care. I highly recommend this practice.

  From the moment I rang the vet they helped with my concern with my cat. I explained that my cat hadn't eaten for a few days and they gave me appointment the next day. I had a veterinary nurse ring me the next morning asking how my cat was and to bring her in earlier if I wish. They really take care of their patients and you can see this when you take your pet in. I can't fault this veterinary centre
