  I adopted two cats from overseas, Almond and Cashew, 5 months ago. When they arrived Cashew had sustained a scratch on his cornea from the journey, and required an emergency appointment. Parkside were more than happy to see him, and gave Almond a check up whilst he was there two. Since then, we have had two surgeries for Cashew, one to try adjust his eyelid (which they found was causing an ulcer on his cornea over the scratch) and another to remove the eye after the eyelid was still causing him issues. All decisions were made by myself, with the support and discussion of the veterinary team and Dallas, the head surgeon. I have since brought my boys back for an early 6 month check, and the team have been amazing the whole way. I couldn't recommend a better clinic!

  This is the best vets in the whole area. They aren't motivated by profits like the the big company owned ones are. They are very professional and knowledgeable and very thorough with just the right amount of empathy and it shows that they love all animals. Nikki has been looking after my chihuahua with heart disease and now Cushing's disease, she explains things in a way you can understand and is completely transparent about the cost of the treatment. I feel supported and assured he is getting the best help. The ladies on the desk are great as well. Don't go anywhere else Parkside is the best.

  So kind and caring of your pet. Always feel really reassured knowing my cat is in safe hand that know what they are doing.

  On my moving day my dog developed a post surgery complication, we are over an hour from our old vet’s. I called and spoke to a friendly receptionist who registered all my pets quickly and got me an appointment the next day. Alice saw to my dog, he had the best experience we’ve had at a vets, she was calm, kind, friendly and professional. Diagnosed, treated and prescribed us meds, my dog is doing so much better now and I know his recovery is starting to head in the right direction thanks to park side. Thank you so so much

  Everyone is so friendly and efficient. I’ve trusted these vets with my dogs for over 35 years…7 dogs! Thank you for being there for us and keeping everyone healthy and happy.
