- NONobuaki OkamiSep 30, 20261.0First went there on Sunday 1PM, and was closed even though it says it’s open. Then went there on Monday 2PM and closed again. That already waisted my time, but not only that, the online customer service was stressful as well. I was asking them to cancel my order since the shop’s never open, they keep refusing. And after waisting my time enough, they finally canceled it. Such a unprofessional company, never gonna use them.
- GKGeoff KSep 13, 20261.0Came by on a Sunday morning to pick up a SIM card ordered online. Google says it’s open at 11am and the doors were still shut at 11:30
- HTHanna tesfayMay 1, 20261.0We walked in this morning to try and sort a contract out and we walked right back out after seeing this terrible young girl called Alaya (name tag says store manager) treatment a customer so disrespectful. She is extremely rude and she should not be working with customer service at all. We walked right out and took our business next door to EE.
- ARAlexa RaittApr 29, 20265.0We were assisted by Nurul today who went above and beyond to make sure we were in and out within our 1-hour lunch break. He made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. He was friendly, efficient, and helped us get everything sorted quickly within our limited time frame. Thank you Nurul! :)
- DADq AlexApr 20, 20265.0We received a high service from Ose and Adrijiana today. Thank you very much!
