  Low stock levels, very surprising that they have so little in compared to stores in the North of England. Great staff though

  Lost my phone and bought an emergency phone (Apple 15) which was great value for the price I paid. Zik was amazing in assisting me.

  I had a really great experience at CEX. The customer service was excellent, and the whole process was smooth, professional, and easy. A special thanks to Jamshaid, who was extremely helpful throughout my visit. He guided me very well, explained everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I understood everything before making my decision. His attitude was friendly, respectful, and professional, and he genuinely took the time to help rather than rushing the process. It is always a pleasure to deal with staff who actually care about providing good customer service. Jamshaid is definitely a great asset to the CEX team. Very satisfied with my experience and I would happily recommend this CEX store to others.
