We were seen to by Jamie who was absolutely brilliant with us with my grandad changing from a Samsung Galaxy A14 to the A17. He made everything so easy for us, he helped us do the data transfer too which I would not have a clue how to do as im an iphone user! My personal phone is already with 3 so this just backs up any reason to stay with them! 10/10 service

Then once I had pick the one I wanted the guy picked up the card machine and left me standing there for 5 more minutes while it looked like he was talking to his colleague who was with another customer. Just a quick "hi there, I'll be right with you" goes a long way
