  Adam provided extremely valuable, timely and professional advice on a complex planning issue. Adam was able to succinctly articulate a series of counter arguments in response to a formal objection to our planning application. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again.

  Adam successfully secured a Permission in Principle (PiP) application for me, a relatively new and still not widely understood route, despite it not aligning with local planning policy. Very strong input from start to finish. Resilient, strategically minded, and clearly understands how to navigate the realities of the current planning system. Very grateful for the work and would happily recommend him.

  We worked with Adam for exactly 2 years and cannot recommend enough. We had a tricky plot and wanted to build a home, we initially spoke to a few different consultants and were instantly at ease with Adam, he listened to our position and grasped our slightly muddled end goal straight away. It took 2 years (planning, appeal, then planning again which was successful) but throughout Adam was so supportive and clear and provided insights and expectation management along the way. He also tried to minimize our costs where possible in terms of surveys etc needed and using a reasonably priced architect. Adam managed the whole process for us even down to putting up site notices etc. Overall can't recommend Planning Property Services (and Adam) enough!
