  Very poor customer service. I came into the store to sell my phone and was told by a white man with glasses and a larger build that I needed to go home and bring my ID. After making the trip home and returning with my ID as instructed, the same employee then told me to come back tomorrow because they had “too much to test at the moment.” This was extremely frustrating, as I had already wasted time going home and returning based on his instructions. Throughout the interaction, he was rude, dismissive, and frequently ignored me when I was trying to speak to him. I felt completely disregarded as a customer. The whole experience was unprofessional and unacceptable. If the store was too busy to process my phone, this should have been explained before sending me home to get my ID. I expect much better customer service and believe this employee’s behaviour should be addressed.

  My mother came into CEX a couple days ago I believe and was served by Million who had served her. My mother has never shopped at CEX before and was beyond happy with the service Million had shown, her politeness and patience with my mum has definitely been a highlight. Thank you to Million for assisting my mum and for making her day better. ❤️

  Was served by the guy with the neck tattoo - he was super helpful and had a really naturally friendly way about him. Makes a refreshing change from my usual encounters with CEX employees, which are usually pretty poor!

  Bunch of cool guys in here. I’ve never been in a CEX whose staff haven’t left me with love in my heart, and these guys are no exception. Not just helpful. But also nice. The selection of stuff in this store is actually not that good at all (unless my eyes did not see), but it’s fun nonetheless. Loads of PS5s at the time of writing
