  Best experience at a game store point blank. Lewis was great I recommend a stop by any queries ask Lewis. I went to Peckham CEX it was horrible customer service and environment. Brixton CEX COMPLETELY DIFFERENT VIBE.

  Worst customer experience I’ve ever had at a CeX store. I’ve been a CeX customer for years, but my experience at the Brixton store was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude, unwelcoming and came across as completely uninterested in helping. Unfortunately, Rahil and Lewis seemed to lack basic knowledge of what they were doing, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. I’ve never experienced this level of poor customer service at CeX before, and after this experience, I certainly won’t be returning to this store. If I could give less than 1 star, I absolutely would. A huge thumbs down to Rahil and Lewis for what was easily the worst customer experience I’ve had at CeX. Both of them should be fired 👎👎👎

  Worst possible experience ever at this Brixton store. Way too lazy people, rude and not welcoming at all. Been a CEX customer for years and the guys working there (Rahil and Lewis) have no idea what they are doing. Pathetic. Never ever going there back again. If I could give less than 1 star, I’d have deffo done that. Thumbs down for Lewis and Rahil for the worst customer experience I had faced ever 👎👎👎
