  I would like to thank everyone at GKC Services Ltd for the excellent customer service and the personal approach shown by the owner. Unfortunately, there were some unexpected issues with the availability of my vehicle on the scheduled pickup date, which could have caused significant inconvenience, additional costs, and affected my personal plans. However, the whole team handled the situation quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. A special thank you to the owner, the lady responsible for the bookings, and the guys in the yard, who were all friendly, helpful, and happy to offer useful advice throughout the process. The van itself was in good mechanical condition and performed perfectly during my move. I highly recommend GKC Services Ltd to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle rental company. Great customer service, professional staff, and people who genuinely care about their customers. Thank you again!

  Van we hired was not good shutter didn't lock had to tie it with string to keep it closed only 1 head light working couldn't put diesel in because the fuel cap was broken and many more faults would not use again
