  Over priced and quality is sub par. We asked for many frames to be done here amounting to c. £1000, the quality of most of the frames after pick up was sub par with some of frame cracked and others where the corners had a paste coming off. I had to go back on more than one occasion to have the issues rectified and even after the issues were highlighted a big painting which was outstanding from the original order had various chips on the frame. When I highlighted these to the staff they alluded that somehow I was responsible for this, and when asking for this to be fixed or compensated for the hassle they gave me a choice of paying them to take out the painting or keeping what I had. Utterly useless and hopeless service.

  So efficient, kind, polite, great service the work produced is excellent quality. They look after your items very well. Frames, glass, presentation. Absolutely perfect!

  I do an art class there. They are not very friendly, provide minimal facilities and require payment for classes many months ahead, even though I've been going for four years. Class is excellent though.
