  We contacted Elmes when my mum needed some emergency short-term care after a stay in hospital. We had used Elmes for care before so felt confident that they would be able to help us out at this difficult time. They were extremely approachable, accommodating and understanding which I was very grateful for after a less than acceptable discharge from hospital. Thank you Elmes.

  Elmes have been looking after an elderly member of our family and I really don't know how we'd manage without them! They are reliable and caring and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

  Poor level of care. Times of arrival inconsistent vs what was agreed. Lack of communication and not adhering to commitments to call back. Indifference to particular care needs. Committed to regular carers, but different carers arrived without notification. Left their service and much happier now. We would not recommend from our experience.

  Elmes is a top quality care agency which offers everything under one umbrella. Nothing is ever to much to ask and I cannot thank them enough for your care and support through hard times. Highly recommended to anyone who is needing help within their own home.
